Amazing staff. Great evening entertainment. All-inclusive food was great. Plenty of loungers at the pool. Fun shuttle train to the beach. Beautiful beach with free amenities. Lovely town of La Caletta. Easy access to shops and restaurants

Excellent food and variety, staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to the center of town and a short walk from the beach. Plenty of activities for adults and children available.
Room was noisy and we had trouble sleeping. The hotel could benefit from better sound insulation. The towel policy was confusing and communication with the hotel staff was difficult at times. we had a good stay, but improvements could be made in certain areas.

The staff were hospitable and friendly. The hotel facilities were great, including a clean pool and the shuttle train to the nearby beautiful Graniro beach. Breakfast was delicious and the staff always made sure everything was clean and tidy.
Nothing is perfect.

I absolutely loved my stay at this 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the beautiful local beach and the Graniro beach. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle train that takes you directly to the beach in just a few minutes.
I highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

New Year stay - great atmosphere for families, lots of activities for kids and adults. Good quality food with plenty of options including vegetarian. Beautiful beach with stunning turquoise water within walking distance.
Limited vegetarian options in the all-inclusive menu. The pool was quite cold, not very inviting for a swim.

The hotel location is great, as it provides easy access to different beaches and the charming harbour. the private area of excellent beach some 600 yards away is a real treat. Rooms are functional and adequate, with clean and tidy bathrooms. the breakfast is a bit basic, but the lunches and dinners are varied and imaginative. the swimming pool and sunbeds' availability are excellent, and the entertainment staff is genuinely enthusiastic.
The bar area can get crowded, and sometimes you may have to wait a bit too long to be served.
